How long will it take my item to ship? We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Please give us up to five business days to ship your package.
We’re a two-person team and a small operation, and occasionally orders may be delayed. We will email you if there are delays.
Once the order has shipped, the delivery estimate for orders within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO addresses is 7-10 business days.

I need to cancel my order. What should I do?
As long as the order hasn’t shipped, we can cancel it for a full refund. Contact us at superartmart@gmail.com to cancel an order.
If the order has already shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it. The item can be returned to us if it is in good condition for a refund minus the shipping cost.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Contact us at superartmart@gmail.com with images of the damaged item(s). We’ll have a replacement shipped to you as soon as possible.
I received the incorrect item. What should I do?
Contact us at superartmart@gmail.com with the item(s) you were expecting to receive as well as a description and picture of the item(s) you received. We’ll have the correct item reshipped. We may also send you a prepaid shipping label and ask you to return the incorrect item(s).
An item is missing from my order. What should I do?
Contact us at superartmart@gmail.com and let us know what’s missing from your order. We’ll arrange to ship you any missing items as soon as possible.
